A: While Marshalls US is the sister company of Marshalls Canada, our systems are not interconnected and our operations are separate. As a result we are unable to return merchandise purchased in the United States, similar to other retailers who have stores in both countries.
A: Unfortunately not. We have a different systems set up and our registers will not recognize gift cards purchased from the US.
A: The cost of doing business is greater in Canada so our prices need to be higher to account for these expenses. The exchange rate is just one factor. Higher costs in Canada including payroll, property, sales tax, along with labour, make products more expensive regardless of exchange rate. Higher import duties and tariffs also increase the cost of goods sold in Canada.
A: We carry the same type of merchandise as our sister stores in the United States, but run the businesses separately. So, while you will see different merchandise in each location, we think that our customers will love the merchandise mix.
A: Your TJX Private Label credit card is only valid for use in Marshalls stores situated in the United States and Puerto Rico.
A: Marshalls is an off-price retailer, and the average store receives several deliveries per week, with each delivery containing thousands of items. Our rapidly changing assortments create that “treasure hunt” shopping experience that our customers love. As a result, no two Marshalls stores carry the same merchandise. For this reason, we are unable to provide a tracking service for our customers. However one thing is for certain, we will offer you a desirable and rapidly changing mix of high quality merchandise, always at amazing values!
A: At this time, Marshalls does not have an e-commerce site. However, because there is always a possibility, we suggest that you register for Marshalls e-mail to keep up with all the latest information.

A: Within 10 days, with original register receipt and tickets attached to the merchandise, any refunds given will be in the tender paid.
After 10 days, with original register receipt and tickets attached to the merchandise, any refunds given will be in the form of a gift card in the amount paid.
For returns without a register receipt, valid government issued photo identification must be provided, and any refunds given will be in the form of a gift card.
We respect your privacy and do not retain your government-issued identification number. Your identification number is electronically converted to a substitute number. This substitute number, together with your identification type, name and address, is stored on our system as set out in our Privacy Notice. Information collected at the time merchandise is returned will only be used to process and track returns and help administer our loss prevention program.
All returns require customer signature. Returns may be limited or declined, at our discretion.
